I have to admit part of me felt that meta-power would work for everyone else except me to lose weight. I don’t have a scale, so I can’t tell you how many pounds, all I know is that I’m able to wear clothes that used to be tight. I’ve been taking the program for about four weeks now and am beyond excited!!
